New issue form: suggestions for labels overwrite actual characters typed #3

e.g. when I didn't have the label "feature" created yet, typing an "f" suggested the "good first issue" label, and when I kept typing, so I didn't want the suggestion, it had overwritten my typed "f" with a "g" for the start of good first issue.
