Extracts all control, hypothesis, and dependent variables. Total of about 500K rows across all history windows.

Output is saved in:

/exp/abenton/twitter_brand_workspace_20190417/extracted_features_20190508/

Need to include sanity checks to make sure it is generated correctly.
