after building hit + collecting user sample, need to submit 100 user sample to determine cost before meeting with dirk

We need to build the HIT, and submit a sample of 100 users or so. We can then see how quickly HITs get completed if we offer $.10 per If HITs are getting completed quickly (and accurately) when offering $.10 per, then we can continue paying this rate.
