multiple --rotate issues: should use "new" mount options, renames without syncing #47

When using zelta sync --rotate, it doesn't use the "new" replica settings. For example, it will try to mount filesystems and won't set the top one readonly.

Additionally, during production use I encountered a situation where it renamed but didn't successfully sync. I'm not sure if this was a mistake on my end, or if Zelta failed to match the correct origin.
