[Proposed] Better CCA-level Actions remains labelled as [Proposed] as certain features within this section such as display CCA, which are needed to make this feature fully usable, have yet to be implemented and are to be implemented in future iterations.

Reason for disagreement: No. Data Archiving which is written as Proposed, is above the "track a person owing money" feature which is implemented. This maintains the point of this bug report.
