Reason for disagreement: No these aren't duplicates. One is a cosmetic issue (the quoted duplicate bug about there being empty boxes). and another, this one, is about the lack of substantial and critical user stories of features that were implemented in the product.
## :question: Issue severity Team chose [`severity.VeryLow`] Originally [`severity.Low`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** This is not a cosmetic issue. This should be low because a new developer will not be able to contribute properly to the team having a poor understanding of the product's **direction** and **purpose** of features, like `cca_delete`, `charge` and `owe`.
Context
As a developer, I will need to understand the team's objectives and what features have been added and why. However, there are missing user stories for the features that exist in the product. (Only 3 provided)
