Add links to image forensics tools in the html_report:

[include] fotoforensics.com works from url: https://fotoforensics.com/?url=https://www.iol.pt/multimedia/oratvi/multimedia/imagem/id/62a37a1f0cf2ea4f0a4f34ff/1024.jpg
[exclude] 29a.ch/photo-forensics does not seem to work from url: https://29a.ch/photo-forensics/
[exclude] https://www.imageforensic.org/ only works via a post request with the file not the url

other options that accept URLs are welcome!

https://mever.iti.gr/forensics/ can be included with ?image=URL
