Scraper #15

Implemented scrapers (and corresponding tests) for VK, YouTube, and Instagram. Also started using the yt-dlp fork rather than youtube-dl because downloading YouTube videos is very slow using original youtube-dl repo (they fixed it in yt-dlp).

Changing the base branch to something else and then back just removes the commits that had already been merged from the PR, which makes it easier to review.

It looks good, other than the minor merge conflict. Fix this and then go ahead and merge it.
