Added the deepface notebook and link in the README.

Hi Amith,

I've made some minor fixes to the notebook but still won't merge as it's missing the Binder instructions near where it says See the instructions below for each of the two platforms. could you add those?

Hi Miguel,

It's been a while - I was very busy with a large freelance project, but I'm still committed to this. I added some brief Binder instructions to the notebook to hopefully complete it.

I'm merging this now so I can start adding a few others along with a structure for the notebooks, feel free to open any other PRs for further modifications if you want.
