Add search by Telegram ID (instead of phone number) #36

Could you add telegram ID to check it out with phone number and so on ???

I think it's a query by ID to get the cell phone number.

Thanks! I think this falls outside the main scope of the tool. Though we would welcome a Pull Request that implemented this feature.
