Add Input from a TXT file and output into a CSV file

Hey tech team, the improvements made in this PR are the following:

• Add a CLI parameter to take a list of phones as input (Useful to check many phone numbers at the same time)

• Add a CLI parameter to save the output to a CSV file, which is useful to export the output to other tools (Like excel)

  Some improvement points that I saw while making this PR were the following:

• Instead of iterating phone by phone, add all of them to the contact list at once and make one unique request to the telegram servers, this evades rate limiting. This would need a refactor of the code structure.
• Print the output more user friendly.
• As usernames are optional and mutable, we could output the user_id alongside, which is immutable, and every account has one. This would as well need a refactor of the code structure.

@AnonCollaborator This is a great set of improvements, thank you for the contribution. I apologize that it took some time to review your contribution.

The only thing it is missing, I think, is a short update to README.md to include some documentation for these new command line arguments. Once those are added it will be merged immediately.

Hey, we made some changes to the codebase to package and clean it. These changes:

• csv
• faster speed by batch adding numbers will be nice to have.

Keeping the PR open for now in case you want to propose the changes in the new code base, but will close it later on if it gets stale.
