Description

Continuous integration testing is only occurring on a linux target. Add an OSX build node and configure it to test builds.

What I Did

Submitted a patch.

What I Expected

Tests to be executed on OSX build node.

Acceptance Criteria

Automated continuous integration testing will be executed on a OSX build node.
