A small known regression was introduced with the segmented side bar: The tag 
cloud used to show 
the selected tag as bold when you were on that tag's listing now it doesn't.

Can we fix that with javascript? It'd be nice to maintain the benefits of
segmentation by freshness.

Yes that would be a sensible fix. Although its a pretty low priority, 
particularly
given GA says there's only about 35 non-unique hits to tag URLs a day.
