Meaning of "Recent Posts" changes based on non-prominent state #248

1. Visit https://leswrong.com. Observe that Recent Posts lists posts the
author wanted to have on the front page.
2. Now click DISCUSSION at the upper right. Observe that Recent Posts lists
recent discussions.

I've repeatedly been looking for a recent post in one section, been in the
other section, and wondered why the recent post I was looking for wasn't there.
I'd rather have different phrases instead of "Recent Posts" on those two
pages. Given space limitations, my best idea at the moment is to have "Recent
Posts" on the desired-to-have-on-front-page list of recent posts, and "Recent
Discussions" on the list of recent posts to discussions.

Not as cleanly addressed in redesign as in issue #247 -- but I still think I've
been confused less often as to whether I'm in discussion or main. Guessing
fixed.
