Banned posts aren't hidden, and their status as 'banned' isn't indicated in any way. #250

While not logged in, I can see this post, and there is no indication that it's 
banned. The only way I can see it's actually banned is from moderator's login. 
I think such pages should return 'forbidden' and no content.

Issue 252 indicated that these posts also appear on user pages (eg "Disliked")

Banned posts are now hidden on both normal "link" and via users' 
saved/like/disliked/hidden.   admin users can still access the banned article 
via these pages.
