What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define the preferred language in your browser to be Hebrew.
2. Enter the website.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The website in English, so the text is supposed to be aligned left-to-right.
Instead, it is aligned right-to-left (RTL). It's not just alignment, it's also
directionality - notice that the punctuation marks are at the wrong end of the
sentence.

What version of which web browser are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox on Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
Since the website is all English, you should just ignore the Accept-Language
header.
