What feature or behavior would you like to see:
When setting up a new meeting using the "Add New Meeting" feature, the time
zone should be automatically determined by lookup of the location of the event
(along with whether it will be utilizing DST on the day of the event) rather
than draw from the user's local browser/computer settings.
There might also be use to having manual adjustment/confirmation of the time
zone, if local variations are not easily determined, or subject to change due
to some not easily reconcilable error.

Luckily, in 2012A, the Less Wrong team modified the code so that the Add New
Meeting page drew on the intended local time zone conditions for the event's
location and date, ensuring that the "on-time" continuum was preserved and the
mistakes of 1985B were erased from time.
