Old links to pages moved from Discussion stop working #311

When a page is moved from Discussion to Main, old links that pointed to 
Discussion shop working. They should redirect to the page's new location 
instead.

For example, old link (doesn't work currently):
  http://lesswrong.com/r/discussion/lw/d5u/plastination_is_maturing_and_needs_funding_says/

New link (works):
  http://lesswrong.com/lw/d5u/plastination_is_maturing_and_needs_funding_says/
