Comments from downvoted threads are hidden in Inbox

For example, the replies to the following comment don't show up in my Inbox 
(the envelope is red, but the comments are not there):
http://lesswrong.com/lw/9c/mandatory_secret_identities/7kl4

I'm guessing this problem is caused by the new downvoted threads feature, with 
comments getting hidden from the Inbox page by mistake: 
http://code.google.com/p/lesswrong/issues/detail?id=345
