The Karma toll text for downvoted threads became misleading #354

(Related to http://code.google.com/p/lesswrong/issues/detail?id=345 )

Right now the following text appears when I try to reply to a comment with
positive Karma located inside a downvoted thread, for example this one:
http://lesswrong.com/lw/9c/mandatory_secret_identities/7kld

"Replies to downvoted comments are discouraged. Pay 5 Karma points to proceed
anyway?"

Since I'm not replying to a downvoted comment, this is misleading. The text
could be changed to something like "Making comments under downvoted ancestors
is discouraged. Pay 5 Karma points to proceed anyway?", perhaps with a link to
a longer explanation on the Wiki and/or to the ancestor comment that causes
this situation, as this is still somewhat cryptic.

Another wording idea - "Contributing to threads sparked by downvoted comments
is discouraged…"

I'll be watching this issue, and change the text as soon as a message and
possibly a wiki link are decided on.
