Deletion from comment permalink can be confusing #441

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start by using the same account for all steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Make a discussion.
  2. Make a comment for that discussion.
  3. View the permalink for the comment.
  4. Try to delete the comment. You will notice that there are two delete links. One above the comment and one below it. Because they're on the comment's permalink page, I assumed, without even realizing I was making an assumption at all, that both delete links deleted the comment. In fact, I did not even SEE the lower one -- because I pressed the one at the top as soon as I found it.
  5. Notice that the discussion has been deleted, but the comment is still there. :/ What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expected my comment to be deleted. Instead a discussion that I made was deleted, a discussion I wanted to keep. :(

What version of which web browser are you using? On what operating system? FFX 14.0.1 W7H 64-bit
