For example, the replies to the following comment don't show up in my Inbox (the envelope is red, but the comments are not there): http://lesswrong.com/lw/9c/mandatory_secret_identities/7kl4 I'm guessing this problem is caused by the new downvoted threads feature, with comments getting hidden from the Inbox page by mistake: https://code.google.com/p/lesswrong/issues/detail?id=345
