What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to http://lesswrong.com/r/discussion/new/ when not logged in, right now.

Notice the "Poop" article. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Users new to LW should not see articles which are strongly voted down.That's because these articles don't represent the best of LW, and it would be nice if LW were a more attractive place for new users.
