The recent change that adds parent comments to the userpages introduced the parent comments to user feeds also. As a result, parent comments (made by different users) appear in the feeds, and this shouldn't happen.

(P.S. I feel that introducing parent comments on userpages is a bad change. Maybe just roll it back?)
