"highlight comments since..." #486

Reddit has this feature now for Reddit Gold users; at the top of the comments section is a radio-selection for "Show comments since , , " maybe something earlier (we could have like 10% of the post's age back in time, as a standard fourth alternative for lack of anything cleverer).
