What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create a new, meaningless test article.

  1. Post it to "Drafts of ."
  2. Put some inane comments on the article you just created.
  3. Wait for someone to come along and downvote your test article and/or comments.
  4. Watch your karma go down. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would expect that other people can't see draft articles or comments posted to those draft articles. I certainly would not expect them to be able to downvote them. What version of which web browser are you using? On what operating system? Safari 5.1.9 on OS X 10.6.8 Please provide any additional information below.

So apparently you can't see others' draft articles, but you can see comments made on those draft articles. What sense does that make?

The draft articles are the same as a normal articles, just with a draft flag to hide them. As a result they inherit all the normal comment behaviour of an article, except that the author is the only one that can comment.
