Recent Comments points to Main in most areas, instead of Discussion #565

With the move from Main to Discussion, it makes sense to move the recent comments sidebar in 'neutral' places (userpages, the main page, the recentposts page, etc.) from recent comments in Main to recent comments in Discussion. When browsing Main specifically, it should still point to recent comments in Main.
