Positive karma from retracted comments not removed #569

If a comment is retracted, and has positive karma on it, that karma should not contribute to total account karma.

If it's very difficult to do this without also deleting negative karma, then you can delete negative karma as well.

To be clearer, retracting is something that can be done and undone--this should happen when a retracted comment is deleted by its author.
