Google Feeds API deprecated #600

It now returns errors, breaking a handful of sidebar boxes. It should be replaced; maybe by Superfeedr?

What do we use the Google Feed API for?

Nevermind. The answer is the recent wiki edits sidebar and the "recent on rationality blogs" sidebar.

For the recent wiki edits, we might be able to get this from the database directly..
