Windows 10 (17763.292), 1920x1080, DPI 100%, IntelliJ IDEA, 'Subpixel' anti-aliasing, Bold, 16pt

Middle curve of s and & doesn't get thicker even though the font is set as bold text. This issue occurs in Windows + JetBrains IDEs(IntelliJ, CLion, Android Studio...) when the font size is 15~18pt. In VS Code the font is rendered correctly.
