This font seems rather charming. Any chance you will get it hosted by Google?

When I have some time I will commit and release the latest tweaks for OSX and then apply for Google Fonts. Stay tuned!

So, I submitted an application a week ago, and I did not get any answer yet. In my fantasies it means Google needs time to prepare an announcement about recommending my typeface for all in-house development. In the real world though, it might indicate the font was just not accepted. If you need some kind of hosting, the Open Font Library can serve the TTF and OTF files, even if it is not really optimized for the web.

Thanks in advance :) Any time is fine, maybe like this I will be able to add more Cyrillic styles before you process it.

@davelab6 Anything new? Doesn’t it take just a push to add it to the repository or does it need a certain sort of approval or something?

It needs my approval, and I'm working on tools to make approving things faster rather than doing it by hand. "Now I have 2 problems."

I plan to release Cyrillic support around mid-october, so there will be an update to do at that time. Unless people are really wanting to have it on Google Fonts right now, for me it can wait a month or two.

Sounds good - how much experience with Cyrillic do you have?

None. I'm working on it by looking at other fonts and pictures of handwriting from google images, and getting critics from native speakers. You can see my progress here: #23

How close are we seeing this in Google Fonts?

Considering that I still have one complete weight of Cyrillic to draw, the next version of the font won't be released before several months. If the current version is acceptable by Google Fonts standard, maybe it could be added now, and uploaded later with Cyrillic. @davelab6, would it be possible?

I opened google/fonts#77 – this issue can be closed now. There are quite some fonts to be added but it seems the Google Fonts team does not have the resources to handle all of this in a timely fashion. We will have to wait.
