Vietnamese support #89

Love this font. And it would be nice if you support Vietnamese language. Thank you!

Maybe some day but probably not in the near future :) but keep hope! The Cyrillic eventually happened.

So... I have been doing some homework, I'm no designer, but this is kind of good enough for me.

FIY, you only need 5 key missing glyphs:

  1. Ohorn
  2. ohorn
  3. uhorn
  4. Uhorn
  5. dotbelowcomb (uni0323)

The rest range from uni1EA0 to uni1EF69 and can be generated using Font Forge. I drew the horn for ohorn too high so Font Forge place the accent a bit higher than the one of o glyph, I think they should be the same though. The same for uhorn and the uppercase variant.

Also, I have to alter the metric a bit too, because the glyphs with multiple accents on top take too much vertical space.
