@darbyfrey @bellycard/platform This will allow an easy integration (same code in development and production) with heroku buildpacks for deployment systems that utilize them. Also a reference Dockerfile and .dockerignore have been added to the scaffold template

not yet. I'm going to reverse the database.yml changes
