Updates Quickstart Guide to indicate that the authentication middleware is disabled by default. #201

I ran into a minor inconsistency in the getting started guide and figured I'd submit a pull request to update it. See https://github.com/bellycard/napa/issues/152 for context on why this middleware is disabled by default. Thanks.
