Feature request: Layout Evolution #2

This request was formulated by Danfro at Telegram:

I just had an idea how the apps name in the header could be kept: Have two tabs. One: sync targets, second: accounts You could even app an AdaptivePageLayout, so when you turn the phone into landscape, you get both tabs displayed, one on the left half, one on the right half of the screen.
