Added a test to determine if there is/who are the drivers in the program.

@pathik10 why was this merged? It adds a file in the main directory rather than tests and isn't a valid unittest test so it can't run...

@NoraCodes Thank you for correcting my mistake. I have made a new pull request to revert that merge. It shouldn't cause a problem simply remove this test.
