Add password change functionality #34

Add desktop notification of password expiration for admin user Add tool tip with expiration date when hovering over admin username Add password change UI triggered by clicking admin username

To make desktop notifications work I had to change the target framework and the target platform versions. I don't believe it'll break anything.

devenv_043Km4Imt9 devenv_Y5OjB6LZwW I couldn't get the icons on the text boxes working correctly, I don't get the voodoo that's happening to make that work.
