Statistics API should be a separate module of the phone book. And should be:

[ ] A front-end JS module that snaps-in.
[ ] A PHP back-end that keeps track of the following in a table:
- [ ] A Timestamp of the event
- [ ] A list of tags searched
- [ ] The time the API took to respond.
