Island - Advanced fractions Pin - write a fraction in tenths as a fraction in hundredths

First problem shows incorrect diagram and has no solution!

The metaquestion has been fixed- it's supposed to have multiple answers, but mode was set wrong so only allowed selection of 1 answer.

There seems to be a problem with the dG selection tool- only allowing a max of 10 number
