Once pie splitter slices dragged out and placed in denominator bubble, can't place them back into the numerator pie #1357

This was also by design - sj, can you confirm again pls?

This is not ideal - would be better if they could put them all back.

Ideally then they would be able to drag empty bubbles back to the cage.

All depends on volume of work for you Dave.

Suggest this isn't the smartest thing to do now - as the code was removed and cleared up - it could have other weird impacts. It's changed a lot of touch end handling code that could lead to other bugs/unforseen issues - it's got quite a massive testing impact
