PS: Can't add more denominator bubbles when there are denominator bubbles with slices in #1358

This is related to Issue #1357 . Have put example pdefs in issue_1357 in issues.

This behaviour was by design. I don't know why, but we added it for some reason.

sj - can you clarify what should happen?

I think this is a problem because of #1357 - i don't think both of these can be set, else once you've taken out a certain number of denominator bubbles and placed a slice in, you can't change the denominator number.

1357- you can't drag slices from bubbles back to the numerator pies. 1358- you can't drag denominator bubbles out if you've placed a slice in any bubble

Should be able to put more bubbles in but the slices all reset in the pies.

Given that the user can't put the slices back - can only move them between bubbles - as soon as they move one slice the problem would be locked.
