TTS: x/100 spoken out as 'x thousand one hundredth' ... and other moronic utterances

Not sure about why it is doing this, nothing conflicting in tts replace - any ideas?

looks like this is because the tts engine sees "2 100th" as "2100th" :(

Monster/TTS engine is whack. It condenses and separates spaces based on seemingly incoherent logic... have had to simplify text fed to it such that:

• anything over 20 is "x over y"
• anything with a numerator>1 gets an s on the end of the denominator
