Exprbuilder: Can't get rid of NP once it's on screen #1376

Tapping the NP button in the top panel doesn't get rid of NP.

Have put example inside issues folder

Because of this problem- if there are 2 [?](so 2 NP answers that need to be inputted), you can only enter one answer because the panel doesn't hide when you tap second question mark.

ToolHost wasn't relaying touches through to tool if numberpicker showing - conflicted with the logic to remove, as the exprbuilder sets a 'currentbtxe' object to interact between the 2 objects.

Removed need for nil 'currentbtxe' so logic executes and hides the tool

Number wheel still not hiding when tapping other parts of the screen/ NP button on top panel (have pulled and done a clean build)
