NP: if you tap the ? it scrolls the wheel down #1379

If the NP appears directly over the ? (or number to be entered using NP) - when you tap the question mark/ number, it scrolls the middle wheel down by 1. If you tap elsewhere on the screen (to get rid of NP), and tap back, it scrolls the wheel down again.

Have put example in issues folder.

Probably not a particularly easy fix. could get round it a little by having the numberwheel spawn higher up? :?

Dave -- can we just put back where it was? e.g. top right

Just discussed with Scott -- and both happy with that if possible.

Made this change. It's not in the top right - it's in the same place as the numerator wheel would go - seemed sort of sensible.
