content may have incorrect pickerNumerator (asks for 8 but specifies 6) #1397

So -- in testing issue #1380, I noticed that it asks for 12s equiv of 2/3... but answer stipulated for 6/12 (not 8/). Not sure if this issue exists in master/kcm copy.

Also note that in use this question should stipulate disallowEquivFractions="yes" so that user is forced to enter explicit fraction

Have changed that to 2/3 (but allowing any equiv fraction for the last question only) Have put in disallow equiv fractions for other two.
