Fraction number picker isn't closed when pipeline goes to an insertion.

eg multiplying fractions > multiply a fraction or whole number by a fraction

get pdef 003 wrong three times. can't remove it by clicking outside.

Also when you skip a question - guess it's not being removed when questions are reset.
