COUNT_MIN = 0

0 displayed in box underneath. Pressing button leaves counter on zero on bleep, then advances to 1.
counting "0, 1, 2, 3, ..."

COUNT_MIN = 1

1 displayed in box underneath. Pressing button immediately advances counter to 2 on bleep.
counting "2, 3, 4, ..."
