Only seen in Win 7 and IE9 (chrome and firefox fine)
Steps to replicate: Add band and try to drag one end below the bottom of the working area. Band gets "stuck" but mouse cursor becomes free again. See scrnshot. Easily remedied by just clicking screen. Band then snaps back round one pin.
