Web mount: Tool does not resize in IE or Firefox #16

Tools does not scale for different screen res. Should it? OK in Chrome. V small in FF and IE9 – see all screen shots for full screen on a 1920 x 1080 display. IE Firefox Chrome

Not an issue with Geoboard, just how the tool is mounted -- longer term design issue regarding how we mount the tools... but worth looking at whether we can get it working now.
