Steps to replicate: Launch tool in IE9, click on up arrow on any number dial to take number up to 1 (or more). Then click down arrow to take number back to 0. The sum box should disappear at 0 but it persists. See screen shot. Does not happen when passing through 0 in the other direction (i..e clicking the down arrow initially to move to 9 and then back).
Only happens in IE9 - not replicated in Chrome/Firefox. Should test on Android though I guess
